At JavaKing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of coffee and consumable products:
Opened or used items are not eligible for return
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Opened coffee, pods, or consumable products
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as JavaKing is not responsible for lost return shipments
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
