At JavaKing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

 


 

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of coffee and consumable products:

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return

  • Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee, pods, or consumable products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as JavaKing is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
